Here is a video I made a while back for helping with shoulder and neck pain and stiffness. I think qigong exercises are often easier to approach than taiji because they require less coordination of different movements simultaneously. This is a really approachable set, almost similar to common stretching type exercises. Of course, the focus is on opening, softening and lengthening through relaxation rather than stretching out tension. Sad to say we lost our Billy Boy last week (pictured, bottom left). 😪 He was my faithful qigong partner for the last 5 years.
